Our Mission:  WISHET will contribute to and promote excellence in healthcare education and training through communication and accessible, cost effective educational programs resulting in personal and professional growth.​

The Wisconsin Society for Healthcare Education and Training (WISHET) is the only professional education organization in Wisconsin devoted to serving the needs of healthcare educators and trainers. Established in 1973, our membership consists of a diverse group of instructors, staff educators and developers, teachers, managers, and consultants working in hospitals, long-term care facilities, schools, clinics, home care, and other health care organizations.

Regular Membership is open to individuals engaged in the education, training, and development of healthcare-related personnel, patients, health-related community outreach, and faculty or students of healthcare-related educational institutions.  WISHET provides opportunities for professional growth and development through the following membership benefits:
